This personalised blue balloon themed Happy 40th Birthday scratch card would make a unique and thoughtful way to reveal a birthday surprise for your loved one on their special birthday

This can be personalised with anything Eg. We’re going on holiday, for dinner, I’m taking you shopping etc which will be revealed once the recipient scratches the foil off the circular silver panel.

Wording reads (Name) has got a suprise for you and then the surprise will be underneath the panel.

Simply fill out the personalisation details - the name required (this can be changed to We or I for example) and then what the surpise is and I will create the scratchcard for you.

The size of the scratchcard is A6 (quarter A4) and the heart is 2.8 x 2.6 cms (please be aware that longer messages will have to be printed small to fit underneath)

Will be presented with a kraft envelope and placed in a cellophane bag to keep it in good condition.
